You would be surprised how many rules there are to blogging a wedding: no more than 30 images, 2 verticals should be followed by 1 horizontal, the colour scheme should be cohesive, etc. However, I don't run a wedding blog, so I think it's only fair to show my appreciation to clients and readers and present wedding days as they've unfolded. On this note, here it is –the wonderful, full of love and care, super RAD & RED wedding of Hazel & Jeffery!
Hazel & Jeffery met at a bar and Jeffery’s super youthful appearance made Hazel ask for his ID prior to phone number exchange. Jeffery proposed on Valentine’s day and it was a beautiful surprise. On November 6, 2015, Hazel & Jeffery became husband and wife.
The bridal preparation took place in a cozy Residence Inn Marriott Hotel in Mississauga. The room was flooded with red roses and excitement. Toronto Bridal Style created such a lovely, very feminine yet "weatherproof" look for Hazel, that came in so handy when we were dealing with pouring rain and almost stormy wind on & off.
While I was enjoying bridal party's company, my awesome second photographer Keith White covered Jeffery's prep and from the look of things, they had even more fun preparing for the big moment!
The ceremony was very calming and felt very intimate despite the spacious interior of St. Philip Neri Parish.
The couple loves Humber Bay Park, so it has become an obvious choice for wedding party and couple formal portrait session. It was cold, windy and a bit rainy, but Hazel & Jeffery and their fantastic bridesmaids and groomsmen were simply terrific!
The red and white fall wedding reception was held at Boaden Banquet, Mississauga. The place was great: incredibly polite and professional staff, delicious food and very beautiful soft tungsten light. Submerged red roses in clear tall vases served as centerpieces.
Hazel & Jeffery are beautiful and kind souls. They have so much care and respect for each other and their loved ones. It shines. It shines so bright that cannot help it but warm anybody's day and heart.
