Almost Summer Time Sadness, Lana Del Rey inspired portrait session with fashion model Vanessa Di Staulo in Pine Point Park in Toronto, Etobicoke North to be precise. Idea, props, clothing and styling - by yours truly. The goal was to play on a contrast between April's bare trees, rough looking and let's face it, kind of depressing early spring nature and colourful, a bit of out of this world doll-like female character. Of course, we could not help it but have some destructive fun with balloons, simply because I did not really want to drag over 20 balloons back to my house through the whole park and face dog owners with their confused pets along the way :).
